From 1977 until 1984 Dana was a Realtor in Aurora Colorado. In 1984 he
became a mortgage Loan Officer and has originated loans in Colorado,
Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia.
FHA, VA and Conventional loans remain his specialty. Regardless of your
position in the economic world, Dana believes you need to plan for a
mortgage. You need to be able to consider variables that may or may not
affect you. An understanding of "safeness" in an investment the scope of a
real estate purchase is more important than the "speculation" of gain.
Tidewater Home Funding has two offices, one in Newport News
Virginia, and the corporate headquarters in Chesapeake Virginia. We have
our own processing, underwriting and closing departments. We are big
enough to bring all the mortgage programs to you, yet small enough to give
you the individual service you will enjoy.
